Kathleen Brown is the Tennessee Principal Broker with Highlands Real Estate | Sea Glass. A native Virginian, Kathleen holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Radford University and a Master’s degree from the University of Virginia. With a professional background in education, she brings a strong foundation in teaching, communication, and lifelong learning to her real estate practice.
