First let me tell you I have done my research on this home before we listed it. This was inclusive of interviewing the builder and enjoying the water slide and the waterfall diving board years ago! The current owners of the home told me that the builder was Larry Anglea Construction. I know Larry from other fine custom homes he has build in the area and I gave him a call. Larry remembered the build and he told me the original owner was very meticulous regarding every step of the process. Which was fine with Larry, as he is a quality builder, but he knew from memory that home was extremely well-built. Fast forward to this week when I walked the home with the owner and I can tell you the superstructure of the house is extremely well done. This is a fine home that will serve many families far into the future.
