If you’ve been following along with our recent blog series, you already know that we are introducing our hard-working real estate agents. The Highlands Realty team is dedicated to serving the real estate needs of Southwest Virginia and Northeast Tennessee, and we are excited for you to get to know them each week. Next up, we want to introduce Roberta Hylton.
After retiring from the US Fish and Wildlife Service, Roberta decided that real estate would be a good fit since she enjoyed meeting and helping people. With a long history of public service, being a REALTOR allows her to continue providing service to our community. She has extensive knowledge and love of the local landscape that gives her buyers an advantage when searching for the perfect home or lot to build on. With over 40 years of experience in contract negotiating to help conserve fish and wildlife habitat on public and private lands, she uses that valuable skill when helping clients. Her commitment to staying on top of the latest real estate market trends and local industry issues will give you peace of mind that you have a knowledgeable and well-trained agent on your side.
Since I like meeting and helping people, working with contracts, and value the importance of land, I thought real estate might be a good fit and would give me a chance to learn new things.
When Roberta is not helping buyers and sellers in Southwest Virginia and Northeast Tennessee, she enjoys exploring the beauty of the local area by hiking and spending time at the rivers. She also likes cooking, reading, and spending time with family and friends. Roberta is dedicated to her clients and works to fully understand the type of property they want to make finding that perfect home or land simple and as stress-free as possible. Licensed in both Virginia and Tennessee, Roberta is ready to assist with your property search or sale.
