Debbie ventured into the real estate business in 2005 as a way to meet new people and make extra income for her family. She knew almost instantly that real estate was a great fit and truly loves being a Virginia REALTOR. Debbie strives to not only build a business relationship with her clients but also a long-lasting friendship. Recently, she had the privilege of selling her daughter and son-in-law their first home, which was one of the most rewarding experiences since getting into real estate.

As a Washington County, VA native, Debbie has extensive knowledge of our local community, schools, and the area. She has over 15 years of experience and keeps current with all changing real estate market and rules. Debbie communicates effectively and works hard to offer her clients a full list of services. Her main objective is to help clients achieve their real estate goals and make the most out of their investment. In addition to helping guide buyers and sellers through their real estate transactions, she assists sellers with low-cost staging solutions to ensure their home makes an excellent first impression.
In her spare time, she enjoys time with her family. From spending the summers boating and fishing on South Holston Lake to deer hunting in the fall, Debbie loves her home in the Blue Ridge Mountains and can’t wait to help you find your home in Southwest Virginia. She also enjoys heading for the beaches to recharge, with Destin, FL being one of her favorite destinations. Although she enjoys traveling, there is no other place that Debbie would prefer to call home sweet home than SW Virginia.
