Phyllis was born and raised in Buchanan County, Virginia. After working in Washington, D C. with the Department of the Navy for a couple of years, she and her husband returned to Southwest Virginia to raise their three sons, Gary, Gregory and John Kevin. Phyllis' experience working for the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Treasurer, Commissioner of Revenue and also as Secretary for the Reassessment Board have been helpful in realizing her dream of working in real estate. She has been successful in working with both buyers and sellers and loves showing properties.
