Pam Patrick
"A full time REALTOR that listens with a 'client first' philosophy."
Graduated from ETSU with a Bachelor of Science degree, I have lived and worked the last 34 years in Washington County. Prior to settling in Washington County I taught school in Russell County, worked for Piedmont Airlines in North Carolina and then settled in Washington County working for the public school system. After obtaining my real estate license in 2005 I became a full time REALTOR® with Highlands Really, Inc. in 2007. I am a member of the NAR, VAR, SWVAR and currently hold a Virginia and Tennessee license. Knowing the importance and success furthering my real estate education could bring to future clients, I also earned specific designations and certifications. With my education, work experience and being a "full time" REALTOR®, my goal is to help my clients achieve their real estate goals, whether buying or selling property in Southwest Virginia or East Tennessee. My approach to real estate is different from many; it is built on personal touches, good communication and positive results. I utilize the latest technologies, market research and business strategies to exceed client expectations. More importantly, I earnestly listen and that means I find solutions that are tailored to "my client".
